Stable conditions, exercise progression, and follow-ups can be handled via secure video. Patient must be physically located in Illinois at the time of the session, by state law.

Common questions

Booking
& first-visit details.

  • Most new patients see us within 3 business days of booking. We block longer evaluation windows for out-of-area lymphedema patients, so reach out if you're driving in from outside the western suburbs.

  • Illinois allows direct access for an initial PT evaluation. Continuing treatment beyond a limited window may need a referral depending on your diagnosis and plan — we coordinate with your physician's office on your behalf.

  • Just call us — (630) 887-6929 — at least 24 hours before your visit and we'll move it. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee, depending on your plan.
